Secure payment
Every page of this shop, and the checkout in particular, is served encrypted over HTTPS: the data you enter travels encrypted between your browser and our server.
How payment data is handled
Card payments are processed on the bank's payment gateway, outside this shop: we neither store nor have access to your full card number. The same applies to PayPal and to the other gateways, which run on their own platforms.
Cards are subject to the checks and authorisations of the issuing bank, including the strong authentication your bank requires. If the bank does not authorise the charge, the order is not completed and you are not charged anything.
Payment methods
The payment methods available are shown during the purchase process and may vary depending on the destination of the order and its value. The conditions applying to each of them — the reservation period for bank transfers, cash payment to the driver for cash on delivery, and so on — are set out in the Terms and conditions of sale.
What we will never ask you for
We will never ask you for your PIN, your online banking credentials or your card security code by telephone, email or messaging app. If you receive a message claiming to come from us that asks for those details, do not reply and please let us know.
If something looks wrong
If you see a charge you do not recognise, or have any question about a payment, write to comercial@eurobateria.es quoting your order number. How we process your data is explained in the Privacy policy.
